Dr.Kaset Sutasha was graduated in Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) from Kasetsart University in Bangkok, Thailand in 1999. I had been trained for Parrot breeding program at largest parrot farm of Europe: Loro parque, Tenerife, Canary Island, Spain and Wildlife, Bird of prey rehabilitation program at Veterinary Teaching Hospital, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Washington State University, USA. I had attend more than 100 workshops related with Zoo, Wildlife medicine, conservation breeding for zoo animals, wildlife conservation and wildlife re-introduction program in past 26 years both in Thailand and abroad.
My current positions is
• Senior veterinarian at the Veterinary Research and Innovation Center, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Kasetsart University, Bangkok, Thailand.
• A veterinary committee of The Royal Veterinary Service serving His Majesty the King (H.M.King), Her Majesty the Queen (H.M.Queen), and The Royal family members of the Kingdom of Thailand for taking care royal dogs and exotic pets since 2000.
• Former Head of the Avian and Exotic Pet Clinic, Veterinary Teaching Hospital, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Kasetsart University, Bangkok, Thailand.
• An advisory committee of The Environment and Natural resources working group of the House of Representatives of Thailand since 2005.
• Former Treasurer and Committee Member of the Veterinary Practitioner Association of Thailand (VPAT) and organize the largest veterinary conference of South East Asia or VPAT Regional Veterinary Congress (VRVC)
• Co-founder of the Zoo and Wildlife Veterinarian Society of Thailand (ZWVST)
• An advisor to the Association of Thailand Exotic Pet Veterinarians (ATEPV)
• Former President and committee of the Bird Conservation Society of Thailand (BCST) 2010 – 2023.
• External auditor for Zoo Animal Welfare Assessment in seven zoos under the Zoological Park Organization of Thailand (ZPOT) since 2012.
• Scientific Committee of Thailand Institute of Scientific and Technological Research (TISTR)
