Mr Todd Lau（刘 Todd Lau）

Todd Lau is the Assistant Nursing Manager and Training Coordinator at CityU Veterinary Medical Centre, with approximately 10 years of clinical and educational experience in veterinary nursing.

He holds multiple professional qualifications, including:
Cert IV QVN; TAE Cert IV; RVN (AVNAT VNCA); AVN (VNCA/AVA); CertVNECC; Elite-FFCP-V; RECOVER Certified Rescuer (BLS & ALS), etc.

In his current role, Todd leads structured nursing education, competency-based training, and clinical skills development across general practice, emergency care, animal welfare, and patient safety. He is also actively involved in external teaching of veterinary nursing courses, supporting the professional development of nurses beyond his institution. Todd’s teaching style emphasises practical, safety-focused clinical skills, clear communication, and confidence-building for nurses and technicians in real-world clinical settings.
