WE4VET 2026

To ensure a convenient and comfortable stay for all participants, the WE4VET Organizing Committee has arranged official conference hotels for invited guests and attendees during the event period.

Please review the accommodation arrangements and booking information below.

1. Complimentary Accommodation for Invited Participants

Congratulations! If you have received a notification from the WE4VET Organizing Committee confirming your complimentary accommodation, the following arrangements apply.

The organizing committee will provide two nights of accommodation during the conference:

Check-in: 23 June 2026

Check-out: 25 June 2026

Complimentary Nights: 23–24 June (2 nights)

Accommodation will be arranged at the following official conference hotels:

*Please note that complimentary accommodation is available only for participants who have received official confirmation from the WE4VET Organizing Committee.

2. Extend Your Stay

If you wish to extend your stay before or after the conference, please reserve additional nights through the official booking channel.

When making a reservation, please select only the dates outside the accommodation period provided by the conference (23–25 June 2026).

After completing your booking, kindly contact the organizing committee to confirm your reservation.

3. Accommodation for Self-Funded Participants

Participants attending WE4VET without complimentary accommodation are welcome to stay at the official conference hotels.

You may scan the QR code or click the booking link to view hotel information and reserve rooms during the conference period. 

4. Stay Adjustment

If your check-in or check-out dates require adjustment, please contact the organizing committee in advance. Our team will assist in coordinating arrangements with the hotel.

5. Important Notes

Complimentary accommodation is non-transferable and valid only for confirmed invitees.

Additional nights or room upgrades will be at the participant’s own expense.

Due to limited room availability during the conference period, early reservation for extended stays is recommended.
